1.1 - #huntingparty
There was a time, in the late 2010s toward the start of the plague, where everyone who wanted to sound spiritual was calling things liminal. That was how Modem Prometheus started, with Radioman finding himself in a strangely quiet street and being inspired to create a podcast of urban folktales.
‘Liminal’ to me always felt like an empty term. If something is liminal, it’s in a state of transition, but things are always changing and moving and becoming something other. Every space is liminal space.
Anyway, what I came up with was #huntingparty, and it’s about change and liminality, but mostly it’s about aliens.
